How Can We Stay Safe?
In light of the ongoing Covid pandemic, we feel it best to update all of our supportive customers on how we can keep each other safe and well during our events. Many people are asking our policy on where their booking stands should we be thrust in to a lockdown or are placed under severe restrictions. We are currently not being asked to cancel events, but it’s definitely time to be vigilant!
If we are placed in to a lockdown situation where we are not permitted to carry out any work at all, we are happy to rearrange your event to a safer date, failing this, we will refund the full amount that you have paid.
If we remain open and can continue with events in any capacity and you decide to cancel, we are of course happy to look at rearranging but deposits will remain non-refundable.
If we decide to cancel for any reason, your full payment will be refunded.
During Our Events!
You the party organiser will be responsible in checking the health of all guests on the day of the event. If any guests have any COVID symptoms, i.e high temperature, new continuous cough or loss of taste and smell it is the you, party organiser’s responsibility to ensure these guests stay home.
Please try to keep your adult guests to a minimum, the event is of course for the children, so let’s try to make enough room for the entertainer and the little ones to enjoy their party whilst keeping some distance in place. This will reduce the chance of transmission.
We advise if adults can wear masks whilst not eating and drinking, this will again reduce covid risks.
Please continue to use hand sanitiser as much as possible. The entertainer will also offer sanitiser to the children before they touch equipment and share any contact with each other.
Our entertainer will be ready and equipped to keep the children entertained at all times, however due to the limitations of distance, they make as the party organiser for added support to direct the children into position for certain games.
Special birthday photos with the entertainer should be orchestrated in a slightly more distanced manner.
We want to keep our events fun and as magical as they always have been, but we must think our customers, the amazing guests and of course we want to keep our entertainers safe and well. If we all continue to practice as much of the above as possible we can hopefully continue to provide you with our 5 star service!
