How FT & PP Entertainment Ltd may obtain your personal information
You may give us your personal information directly when you contact us in order to sign up for one of our services, seek advice or make a booking. Your information may be shared with us by other independent agencies when you have given them consent to share with us. For children under the age of 13 we will need to get consent from whoever holds parental responsibility for the child. Children have the same rights as adults over their personal data. When explaining to children their rights FT & PP will endeavour to communicate clearly and in age appropriate language.

This is known as sensitive personal information and covers health information, before collecting this data we will make it clear what information we are collecting and the purpose for collecting it.

We use your personal information to provide you with the information, support and services that you have asked for.
We use your information to gain a full understanding of your party needs so we can offer you the best possible service.
We use your information for yearly statistical analysis in order to understand how we have performed and how we can improve our service..
We will retain your information for 6 years for the purpose of data collection and reporting back to HMRC. After this period your data is disposed of in a secure way. You have the right to access your personal data or request that we dispose of your data before this time.
Who we share your personal information with
We may share your information with your consent to independent agencies that may be able to offer additional services to you.
We will share your information with other FT & PP employees and staff for the purpose of providing you with a service or assistance.
We may share your personal information with law enforcement agencies or other governed bodies without your consent if there is a significant safe guarding issue. We would have a legal duty to report Safeguarding issues under the Care Act 2014 and the Children’s Act 2004.

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way. Access is limited to those who have a genuine need to know it. Your information is processed in an authorised manner and is subject to confidentiality. We are legally required to notify you of a data security breach.
